About
Zarf opens UYAP documents (.udf files), the format in which Turkish courts, lawyers and citizens exchange petitions, decisions and notices. It shows them as pages, laid out as the official editor lays them out, and checks their e-signatures, all on your iPhone or iPad.
READ THE PAGES
• Pages one under another fitted to the width, or one or two pages at a time
• Pinch to zoom, or swipe through single pages
• Page thumbnails beside the pages
• Find text in the document
• Go to any page, and rotate pages for viewing
• Fonts, tables, lists, headers and footers, page numbers, images, barcodes and watermarks
CHECK SIGNATURES
UYAP documents are usually signed with qualified e-signatures. For each signer, Zarf checks that:
• the document has not changed since it was signed
• the signature is valid
• the certificate was valid at the signing time
• the certificate is a qualified one from a provider authorized by BTK, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority
If any signature is not valid, the list of signers opens by itself. Zarf also tells you what it does not check: whether a certificate was revoked, which needs a network connection, and the signing time, which is the signer's own claim. It is not a legal validation.
PRINT AND SHARE
Print the document with AirPrint, or share it and export it as a PDF. The printout matches the screen.
WORKS WITH FILES
Open .udf documents from the Files app, iCloud Drive, Mail or any app that shares them. Documents open in place and are not copied. On iPad, the menu bar has the zoom, page and find commands, with keyboard shortcuts.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-in, no network connections, no data collected. Your documents never leave your device.
Zarf is an independent app. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by UYAP or the Turkish Ministry of Justice.
