About
Ten questions. Real candidates. No party label doing the thinking for you.
Match2Vote (M2V) is a free, nonpartisan guide to the November 3, 2026 election. Answer a 10-question quiz about the issues you care about (cost of living, healthcare, housing, immigration, taxes, climate, education, public safety, reproductive rights, and democracy) and see how the real candidates on your ballot line up with you, ranked by documented policy agreement, never by party.
WHY M2V IS DIFFERENT
Every position is sourced. Every score a candidate gets carries a link to the page that documents it: a campaign site, a news report, a voting record. Tap any position to see the receipt.
Nothing is inferred. If a candidate has not stated a position, we show "Not stated." We never guess from party affiliation. Our database rejects a scored position without a source.
No party-based matching, ever. The matching engine does not know what a party is.
Honest coverage. We only show races we have actually researched. If we have not covered your state yet, we say so plainly instead of showing empty lists or placeholder names.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Take the quiz and get ranked matches for every covered race on your ballot, with a percentage based only on issues where both you and the candidate have a stated position.
Skip the quiz if you have done your own research and go straight to marking up your ballot.
Read candidate profiles: background, top priorities, sourced positions, and documented controversies.
Build a sample ballot, fill in the ovals, and share it as an image to bring to the polls. It is clearly marked as a sample, not an official ballot. The app does not register voters or cast votes; the How to Vote guide links to your state's official election office for that.
Learn how to vote with a plain-language guide: registration, vote by mail, early voting, and Election Day.
Works offline after the first load.
PRIVACY
No account. No ads. No analytics. No trackers. Your quiz answers and ballot choices never leave your phone. The app downloads public candidate data, and if you tap the button asking us to cover your state, it sends your two-letter state code and nothing else. Full policy: https://app.match2vote.org/privacy/
Match2Vote is developed by Kiki Taylor, an independent developer based in Connecticut, and published by Page Not Found LLC. It is an independent, nonpartisan guide: it does not endorse candidates, parties, or positions, does not represent any government agency or election office, and is not affiliated with or funded by any party, campaign, or political committee. A match percentage measures documented policy agreement on the issues where both you and the candidate have a stated position. It is not an endorsement, a prediction, or a substitute for reading the candidates' own statements, which is why every position links to its source. Candidate data comes from official FEC filings, state election records, and hand-researched, source-linked policy positions, updated through Election Day.
