About
Make room for family time. Kinly helps couples and families find when they are available together around work shifts, school, practices, rehearsals, appointments and rest.
Compare the whole family or any group of at least two, with up to 12 people. Add regular weekly hours or rotating shifts, dated routine changes, one-off or repeating activities, doctor and dentist appointments, days off and multi-day plans. Protect individual sleep and before- or after-shift recovery. Turn your next shared window into a plan, browse a searchable day, week or month agenda, and share a 7-, 14- or 30-day free-time image with names optionally hidden.
One subscriber can invite household members at no additional charge through private iCloud sharing. Choose view-only or editing access. Members can receive optional event reminders and change alerts that show who changed what, with a mute option. Each participant uses their own Apple Account. Background updates and notification delivery depend on iOS.
Keep family grocery, vacation packing, chore, project and to-do lists. Add quantities, notes, assignments and due dates. Attach a checklist to a calendar item, a repeating activity or a single occurrence. Family lists use the same household permissions as the calendar. Private Space has separate owner-approved access for private plans and standalone lists, including gift shopping. A due date alone sends no alert. Optionally set a personal task reminder on its due date, reuse a fresh checklist copy, and find pinned or archived lists.
No ads. No separate app account required. Use one device or choose private household sharing through iCloud. No analytics or third-party advertising SDKs. No employer-roster import or synchronization with other calendar apps.
An auto-renewing subscription is required to create and use your own family calendar and lists. Before subscribing, explore an example or join an invitation. Invited members have access at no extra charge, with viewing or editing permissions set by the owner. Eligible Apple Accounts receive a one-week free trial, then US $1.99 per month. Apple displays local pricing and eligibility before purchase. Cancel in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends to avoid renewal. Saved data is kept after access ends.
