ingot: AI Lifting Coach

A personal trainer in your pocket. Most workout apps record what you lifted. ingot tells you what to lift next, watches every set, answers your questions, and tells you straight how your training is going. It's the coach that's there for every session, not just the ones you pay for. ASK YOUR COACH ANYTHING (Pro) • "My shoulder clicks on incline press. What should I do?" • "Why has my bench stalled?" • "Add more back work without making sessions longer." Your coach knows your program, your full training history, and what you told it last month. It remembers injuries and preferences, and it can rewrite your plan. Every change waits for your approval. IT KNOWS WHAT YOU SHOULD LIFT TODAY Open a lift and the weight and reps for every set are already set, worked out from your own history. • Progressive overload handled for you: earn the top of your rep range and the weight goes up • Stuck on a lift? Your plan changes to get it moving again, and you're told why • Back after a break? It eases you in instead of picking up where you left off • Rough night's sleep? Tell it before you train and today's plan adapts IT WATCHES EVERY SET After each set you get one line of coaching: what that set showed and what to do next. • Sets moving fast? It nudges you heavier • Grinding? It backs off before you fail • New personal record? It notices the moment it happens IT TELLS YOU HOW YOU'RE DOING (Pro) No digging through charts. Open your analytics and get a straight answer: progressing, holding or slipping, and why. • Weekly sets for every muscle against the range that builds muscle • Which lifts have stalled, and what to change • A recovery body map showing what's fresh and what's still cooked • Strength trends and every PR you've banked A PROGRAM BUILT AROUND YOU Tell it your goal, how many days you train and how long you have. It builds the split and explains why each day is there. Already have a program? Paste it in or build it yourself. AND YES, LOGGING IS FAST • Two taps per set: weight carries over, reps are one tap • Rest timer with sound, haptics and a lock-screen alert • Supersets, single-arm work, bodyweight, timed and cardio sets • Over 850 exercises, kg or lb • Bring your history over from another lifting app with a CSV export PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account.
