Arc Medal

ArcFit Medal turns vague challenge-coin and award-medal ideas into mint-ready dual-face specs before you place a vendor order. Built for unit administrators, school and scout advisors, municipal clerks, corporate recognition leads, and small-run mint clients, it locks the details vendors actually reject orders for: diameter and blank shape, curved rim legends, device placement inside safe margins, enamel cell limits, edge style, metal finish, and coin-turn versus medal-turn orientation. HOW IT WORKS Pick a seeded blank and template, place original vector devices on polar guides, fit convex or concave arc text with live character-budget math, choose edge and finish, run vendor-rule validation, then export a dual-face proof pack and print-ready order sheet. BLANK & TEMPLATE BAY Choose diameter (1.5, 1.75, 2.0, 2.5, or 3.0 in), shape (circle, shield, or rounded-rect challenge), and thickness class. Open one of 12 starters—unit challenge, school award, municipal commemorative, corporate service, scout rank, wedding favor, first-responder thanks, reunion mark, race finisher, volunteer honor, club anniversary, or a blank studio canvas. DUAL-FACE CANVAS Flip between obverse and reverse. Drag, resize, and rotate original devices on polar guides; snap to center and compass rings. Toggle coin-turn versus medal-turn lock so reverse rotation matches the striking convention you need. CURVED LEGEND FITTER Type rim and banner text, switch convex outer arc or concave inner arc, adjust start angle, tracking, and cap-height. A live character-budget meter and collision halo stay tied to diameter and rim width so legends stay readable on metal. DEVICE LIBRARY Browse 40+ bundled original vector devices—torches, stars, laurel, anchors, civic keys, abstract unit marks—with no trademarked insignia. Tag-filter by civic, military-neutral, or scholastic, then stamp onto the active face in one tap. ENAMEL CELL PAINTER Draw closed enamel regions, assign up to six finish colors from a seeded cloisonné palette, and read cell-count plus minimum-island-size warnings before you exceed typical soft-enamel vendor limits. EDGE & METAL THEATRE Preview plain, reeded, rope, and sequential-number band edges. Swipe metal finish cards—antique gold, polished nickel, antique copper, black nickel, dual-plate silver/gold—with layered brushed gradients and rim light for layout judgment, not shopping. VENDOR VALIDATION BOARD Run rule checks for outer safe margin, minimum stroke width, arc text overflow, enamel cell count, serial-band clearance, and dual-face orientation consistency. Fix-it chips jump straight back to the failing control. PROOF & ORDER EXPORT Generate a shareable dual-face proof card (PNG) and a multi-page print-spec PDF covering blank geometry, pantone-style enamel callouts, edge note, orientation diagram, and legend strings. Share via system share sheet—no account required. COMPARE LOCKER Pin two draft faces side-by-side to judge legend density, device balance, and finish mood before you commit the order sheet. HOME SCREEN WIDGET See the active draft’s diameter, remaining arc character budget, and validation status at a glance while you talk with a vendor. ArcFit Medal Kit is an order-spec layout and typography-on-metal utility. It is not a world-coin motto expander, density or assay tool, circulated-grade mapper, error attribution guide, or collection archive. Lock diameter, legends, devices, enamel, edge, and orientation—then send a proof vendors can actually strike.
