Apple Support

Need help? Get the support you need for the Apple products you love — all in one place. Apple Support gives you personalised access to solutions for all of your Apple products and services. Find out how to manage your subscriptions, reset your Apple Account password and more. Chat with us to troubleshoot an issue, or get guided, step-by-step solutions to resolve it yourself. And if you decide to visit the Genius Bar or an Apple Authorised Service Provider, Apple Support can help you find a nearby store to book a reservation. Note: The Apple Support app, AppleCare plans, and certain features of the app and/or AppleCare plans are available only in selected countries or regions. You are not required to purchase an AppleCare+ plan to use the Apple Support app. If you purchase an AppleCare+ plan, payment will be charged to your Apple Account at the confirmation of purchase. For monthly or annual payment plans (if available in your country or region), your account will be automatically charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. You can manage your monthly or annual payment plan by going to your account settings on your device after purchase. Rules, restrictions, terms and conditions apply to all AppleCare+ plans. To view the AppleCare+ plan Terms and Conditions (if any) sold by region see apple.com/legal/sales-support/applecare/applecareplus/. All AppleCare+ plans can be cancelled at any time in accordance with the AppleCare+ plan Terms and Conditions. If you purchase AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss in Australia, your Terms and Conditions can be found at apple.com/au/legal/sales-support/applecare/applecareplus/au/tl/.
