About
Antirot helps you use social media with intention and keeps everything worth saving in one archive on your iPhone.
You opened TikTok to find that pasta recipe. Forty minutes later you know a surprising amount about restoring cast iron pans, and the recipe is nowhere. Antirot gives you a reason going in, an easier way out, and a calm place to keep what you found.
HOW A SESSION WORKS
Say why you’re going in. Type your intention, like “find 3 recipes,” choose how long you’ll stay, and Antirot opens the app for you.
Keep your reason in view. Your intention and countdown sit in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen the whole time. Add five minutes or end the session with one tap.
Leave with what you gathered. When time is up, the session closes out with your saves lined up in a row and room for a note if you want one. Wander off and it closes itself.
Everything worth keeping, in one place
Save from any share sheet. Links, screenshots, and screen recordings all count. Tap Share, choose Antirot, write a line about why it mattered, and it files itself into the session you’re in.
Find it again without opening the feed. Sessions are titled by what you went in for. Open one to see the posts, videos, and screenshots you saved, alongside the notes you wrote at the time.
Tag and collect. Add tags as you go, then gather related saves into collections. A recipe from TikTok can sit next to a YouTube video and a pin from Pinterest.
Keep it even if the post disappears. Antirot stores the preview image and your note on your phone, so a deleted post or dead link still leaves you something to come back to.
GO INTO SOCIAL MEDIA WITH INTENTION
When no session is running, a Screen Time shield covers your chosen apps. Tap through and Antirot asks what you came for, then opens the app once you’ve set a reason and a length. You can always get in; Antirot just asks why first. Prefer to skip the shield? Put the Antirot widget where the app icon used to be, and every visit starts with a reason.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There’s no account and no sign in. Your sessions, saves, and notes live in a local database on your iPhone, and Antirot has no servers holding a copy. App shielding runs through Apple’s Screen Time framework, which is built so Antirot never sees what you watch or who you follow.
WORKS WITH
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook. You can also save links, photos, and videos from anywhere else on your phone. They land in Quick Saves, ready to tag and collect.
PRICING
Start with a free trial, then $3.99 per month. Or buy Antirot Lifetime once for $49.99 and keep your archive forever.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
