About
Meet your new favorite reason to take a break.
A Dog at Home brings a lifelike virtual dog into a sunny living room, ready for a little everyday care. A few minutes together can be the sweetest part of your day.
Little routines, happy moments
Fill the food and water bowls, pet your dog, then make time for fetch, tug, or simple training. Offer a biscuit, jerky, dental chew, or dried fruit as a virtual treat. Some days call for play. Others just call for a few quiet moments together.
Grow up together
Give your dog a name and watch them grow from puppy to young dog to adult. Set the growth pace to suit you. Time affects needs and growth while you're away, so each return is a chance to check in and pick up your routine.
Your dog, your cozy corner
Start with a free Golden Retriever. Want to meet someone new? A Shiba Inu, Husky, French Bulldog, Long-haired Dachshund, and Taiwan Black Dog are available as separate one-time purchases. Each breed includes three life stages, with its own name, growth progress, and care history. One dog appears in the living room at a time.
A little help with the everyday
Free food and treats are replenished regularly, and water is free to refill. Optional extras include 30-treat packs and a one-time purchase of the Auto Feeder. Switch it on to serve a meal and refill water when free meals are replenished.
Enjoy realistic dog imagery and animated interactions, with no sign-up needed. Available in English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Before you get comfy
There are no subscriptions. Purchased breeds and the Auto Feeder can be restored with the original Apple Account; consumable treats cannot. Pet progress is stored on your device, without in-app cloud sync. Deleting the app or changing devices may result in lost progress and treat inventory. This is a virtual-pet app, not a substitute for caring for a real animal.
